Kathy Williams, Administrative Assistant, joined the Validus Financial Associates team in March 2026. Prior to joining Validus, Kathy had a successful career working in Higher Education Administration where she spent 25 years working at universities in Montana and Texas, starting her career as a work study student and working her way up to Vice President.
Kathy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Information Technology with an option in Management from Montana Technological University and an MBA in Marketing from Regis University in Colorado. This opportunity to pursue a new career path has been challenging and exciting for Kathy. She loves working with clients and learning a new industry, and is excited to continue to grow in her position.
Kathy has two grown sons and two grandchildren and loves her most exciting role yet, as a grandma. She currently lives in Buckeye, AZ where she spends a lot of quality time with her parents.
